Equipment Capability Parameters

  1. Alignment error of separator and negative electrode: ±0.5mm, alignment error of positive and negative electrodes: ±0.5mm, separator neatness: ±0.5mm.

  2. Lengthwise error between separator and positive electrode: ±2.0mm, lengthwise error between separator and negative electrode: ±2.0mm, lengthwise error between positive and negative electrodes: ±2.0mm.

  3. Unwinding system: Using low-inertia transition rollers, double-sided electrode brushing to remove dust. The brushing mechanism dusts off the electrodes, and the electrode path has a function to remove iron filings. The separator path has an anti-static function. It has functions such as tab guiding, smoothing, and blowing to prevent folding. It has a material end detection function, and the separator and electrodes are detected through the calculation of the material roll diameter.

  4. Tension control system: The tension setting range is 120-1000g, and it can achieve variable tension winding during rolling.

  5. Tail taping and unloading system: The unloading finger of the battery cell pre-compresses the battery cell to prevent internal deformation. The mechanical finger adopts a high-low voltage control method to clamp and unload the battery cell to prevent damage to the battery cell.

  6. Cold pressing and short-circuit test: Cold pressing time is 0-15S, and the short-circuit test is performed simultaneously during cold pressing. The maximum pressure is 250KG, and the pressure and time can be set. The short-circuit test voltage is 50~250V, and defective products are automatically removed.

  7. CCD alignment detection: CCD resolution ≤0.02mm, detection repeatability accuracy: ≤0.05mm, detection area: ≥10mm*10mm; CCD detection can accurately detect the position between positive and negative electrodes and two layers of separators and calculate the deviation value between materials.
