The brushing mechanism dusts off the electrodes, and the electrode path has a function to remove iron filings. The separator path has an anti-static function. It has functions such as tab guiding, smoothing, and blowing to prevent folding. It has a material end detection function, and the separator and electrodes are detected through the calculation of the material roll diameter.Tension control system: The tension setting range is 120-1000g, and it can achieve variable tension winding during rolling.Tail taping and unloading system: The unloading finger of the battery cell pre-compresses the battery cell to prevent internal deformation.
