Job Responsibilities: 

Ⅰ.Technology Development

1. Materials

Possess robust capabilities in material preparation; integrate cutting-edge industrial technologies to research innovative process techniques and design reliable technical routes.

Develop characterization and testing methodologies for materials, and conduct systematic testing accordingly.

2. Battery Cells

Design and fabricate batteries tailored to the unique requirements of each project, and establish standardized battery testing procedures.

II. Project Management & Undertaking

Conduct communication and liaison with clients.

Formulate development schedules and milestones based on client and project requirements.

Assist relevant functional departments in compiling supporting technical documentation.

Job Qualifications:

1.Prior relevant R&D experience, with specific responsibilities defined by project demands.

2.Familiar with lithium battery material systems, lithium battery production processes, manufacturing equipment for lithium-ion batteries, and office software.

3.CET-6 or above, with competent English writing and communication skills.

4.Master the composition, performance, and fundamental synthesis/preparation principles of relevant materials and technologies; well-versed in production workflows and critical control points. Able to proficiently operate synthesis and testing instruments, organize and analyze experimental data, and compile comprehensive technical reports. Possess structured problem-solving capabilities, keep abreast of industry trends and technical development directions, and have the capacity to formulate technical development roadmaps.

Job Responsibilities：

1.Lead the formula design of liquid and solid electrolytes as well as additive screening and process optimization. Focus on achieving breakthroughs in core technical indicators of solid electrolytes, including ionic conductivity, interfacial stability and mechanical strength, to drive the iterative upgrade of solid electrolyte systems.

2.Design systematic experimental schemes, and guide the team in the synthesis of electrolyte additives, physical and chemical property tests and electrochemical performance evaluation. Conduct in-depth analysis on experimental data, establish structure-activity relationship models to guide formula iteration and optimization, and develop electrolyte systems applicable for mass production.

3.Keep track of global technological trends of electrolytes, propose innovative solutions based on market demands, arrange patent layouts and enhance product competitiveness.

4.Connect with upstream and downstream suppliers and customers to promote the practical application of electrolytes in energy storage batteries, provide technical support and optimize product compatibility. Collaborate with teams of battery design, material development and testing to ensure good compatibility between electrolytes and electrodes, separators and other materials, so as to improve the overall performance of batteries.

Job Qualifications：

1.Over 3 years of experience in electrolyte R&D, including no less than 1 year working as an R&D team leader or project leader. 2.Practical experience in leading teams to complete the transition from formula development to lab and pilot scale tests is preferred.

3.Proficient in formula design and characterization methods for liquid and solid electrolytes, and familiar with the working principles and failure mechanisms of lithium-ion batteries.

4.Possess excellent cross-departmental coordination skills, logical analysis capabilities and innovative thinking. Good command of English is preferred.

Job Responsibilities：

1.Conduct electrochemical performance simulation, and build simulation models for cell performance, thermal runaway, lithium plating, service life, mechanical properties and other aspects.

2.Analyze cell failure mechanisms, evaluate cell performance and optimize cell structures based on simulation models, and put forward improvement suggestions for cell design.

3.Develop simulation models for new battery systems such as solid-state batteries and aqueous batteries, propose optimization solutions via simulation, and deliver simulation verification reports.

4.Develop integrated models combining AI and multi-physics fields to establish new simulation methodologies.

Job Qualifications：

1.A minimum of 2 years of electrochemical simulation experience at top-tier enterprises including ATL, CATL, BYD, Farasis and SDI is preferred.

Job Responsibilities：

1.Conduct temperature field and flow field simulation for battery packs under air cooling and liquid cooling conditions.

2.Formulate thermal management solutions and design & optimize the cooling and heating systems of battery packs.

3.Verify and benchmark simulation results, and calibrate model accuracy with experimental data.

4.Participate in the formulation of thermal test plans and optimize models based on test results.

5.Compile simulation reports and technical documents, deliver analysis reports and put forward optimization suggestions.

6.Carry out thermal runaway simulation for battery packs and energy storage systems, and study thermal propagation and gas generation behaviors after thermal runaway.

7.Perform structural simulation of battery packs and systems, including vibration, drop and other structural tests.

8.Support product development by participating in thermal simulation and design optimization of new products.

9.Complete other daily work assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications：

1.Aged 25-35, with no less than 2 years of working experience in thermal management and CAE; hold a full-time master's degree or above.

2.Master the methods and design procedures for thermal management and structural simulation of modules and battery packs. Working experience in leading manufacturers is preferred.

4.Proficient in StarCCM+ and Abaqus.

4.Conduct necessary intellectual property background investigations during the approval of settled and cooperative projects of the institute.
