There are 3 types of volumes (effective volumes): 100L/35L/5L. The optimal stirring effect for the cathode with single tank feeding is 150Kg/50Kg/7.5Kg; while for the anode, it is 60Kg/20Kg/3Kg. (The specific feeding amount is related to the tap density and true density of the material.)
Full-automatic vacuum control (vacuum pressure maintenance: not less than -0.08 Mpa for 2 hours).
Temperature control system with a temperature range of 0-90℃.
100L mixing tank: Stirring speed 0-76RPM, dispersing speed 0-3700RPM.
35L mixing tank: Stirring speed 0-54RPM, dispersing speed 0-4400RPM.
