Equipment Capabilities

  2. The cathode rolling process incorporates a tab stretching and wrinkle removal function.

  3. Rolling thickness uniformity: ≤±0.002mm.

  4. Maximum pressure between the two rolls is 2000KN, and the pressure adjustment accuracy is ±1%.

  5. Roll size: φ400mm×450mm, hydraulic cylinder diameter: φ220mm × 2 pieces.
