Tianmu Lake Institute of Energy Storage Showcases Core Semi-Solid-State Energy Storage Battery Technologies at ESIE 2026 Beijing
From April 1 to 3, as China’s first full-chain technology service platform for solid-state batteries, Tianmu Lake Institute of Energy Storage made a distinguished appearance at the 14th Energy Storage International Summit & Exhibition (ESIE 2026) with its latest semi-solid-state energy storage battery technologies and system solutions. Leveraging the resource advantages of Lüfa Technology, a platform company under its group, the institute presented its innovative achievements and technological breakthroughs in high-safety and long-life energy storage to the world through collaborative efforts. The joint exhibition was held in Hall B2-Sungrow & Energy Storage Application Hall, highlighting the institute’s five core services and products: cutting-edge battery technology development, battery testing and analysis, battery process engineering services, solid-state battery products, and exhibition and training services for the energy storage industry. For extreme working scenarios such as new energy bases in desert, Gobi and barren regions, the institute specifically launched its high-temperature hybrid solid-liquid energy storage battery solution, which garnered strong interest from numerous energy storage integrators.Among the exhibits, the series of semi-solid-state batteries stood out for their exceptional performance, including high energy density and long cycle life, as well as "zero spontaneous combustion" verified through rigorous nail-penetration tests, drawing many industry experts and enterprise representatives for in-depth exchanges. The high-rate, long-cycle semi-solid-state batteries and high-specific-energy, high-safety semi-solid-state batteries adopt independently developed technologies: High-Safety Composite Solid-State Electrolyte Membrane Technology and In-Situ Solidification Technology for High-Safety Semi-Solid Electrolytes. These provide safe and cost-effective solutions for electric heavy-duty trucks, drones, robots, passenger vehicles and other fields.During the exhibition, the institute expressed intentions for cooperation with leading enterprises in the industry to jointly promote the application and implementation of solid-state battery technologies in new energy storage and other sectors.
