The signing of this agreement has enabled the Tianmu Lake Energy Storage Institute to leap from a "local platform" to a "national strategic carrier", marking CGDG's deep transformation towards strategic emerging industries. It helps Liyang's lithium battery industry cluster obtain stronger technological empowerment and resource integration capabilities. Meanwhile, the trinity innovation model of "local government (policy support) + research institute (technology source) + central enterprise (capital and industry)" provides a replicable path for the market-oriented transformation of new-type R&D institutions, creates a standard paradigm for the high-quality development of the new energy storage industry, and contributes to the implementation of the national "double carbon" goal and energy strategy.
