Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)

It measures ion mass spectrometry, providing information on every atomic mass unit (amu) within the range of 3-250 amu. Detection limits are at the level of ppt~ppq. Analysis speed exceeds 20 samples per hour, with RSD < %.
