Technical Parameters
This instrument adopts an electric or hydraulic pressurization method, with an adjustable testing stroke and equipped with testing molds. Specific molds can be customized based on customer requirements.
The compaction density tester consists of a control section, a pressurization test section, and a mold for the test sample.
It is equipped with a height measuring scale. Mold diameter: 12.8mm.
The instrument automatically applies pressure during the testing process. When the pressure reaches the preset value, the timing function is automatically activated. Once the preset pressurization time is reached, the timing stops, and the pressure is automatically released and the mold is withdrawn.
Pressurization range: 1 ton; 2 tons; 3 tons; 5 tons; 10 tons; 15 tons (optional).
The structure is sturdy and durable, equipped with limit protection functionality.
A high-precision testing balance with an accuracy of 0.00001g and a measuring range of 120g is available (optional). Input voltage: AC 380V.
Input: 220V or 380V.
Application Range
Mainly used for testing the compaction density of powders and particles. During the compression process under external force, as the powder moves and deforms, larger voids are filled, the contact area between particles increases, causing atomic attraction and enhanced mechanical wedging between particles, thus forming a compacted cake with a certain density and strength. Complies with the standard: GBT 24533-2009 Lithium-ion Battery Graphite-based Anode Materials, Appendix L: Test Method for Powder Compaction Density. It can also be used for the determination of compaction density of powders and particles with similar characteristics. The powder and particle testing methods are universally applicable internationally.
