On March 5, Tianmu Lake Energy Storage Institute and TÜV Rheinland signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Liyang. Li Hong, Chief Scientist of Tianmu Lake Energy Storage Institute, attended the ceremony online. Chaofan Chang, Deputy General Manager of the Institute, and  Bing Shi, General Manager of Solar & Commercial Products Service Components Business Unit, TÜV Rheinland Greater China, attended the signing ceremony on behalf of both parties.

Both sides agreed that this cooperation is of great strategic significance in promoting the internationalization of battery material standards and building an innovation ecosystem centered on solid-state batteries. Subsequently, the two sides gave detailed introductions to their respective businesses and discussed in-depth cooperation opportunities.

The signing marks that the cooperation between the two sides has entered a substantive implementation stage, aiming to create a new integrated cooperation paradigm of "technology R&D, standard certification and industrial transformation".

After the signing ceremony, the delegation from TÜV Rheinland visited the four core business centers of Tianmu Lake Energy Storage Institute, including the Advanced Technology Center, Testing and Analysis Center, Intelligent Manufacturing Center and Process Engineering Center, demonstrating the Institute’s strength in driving industrial upgrading through technological innovation.
